About the Position

Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: September 11, 2026

Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of application (pending licenses not accepted)
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the past 12 months required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date; updated annually
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
