Registered Dietitian

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Dietitian for our outpatient clinics to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nutrition care. In this role, you will complete comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide counseling for chronic disease management, weight management, and preventive care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams, document in the EHR, and support quality and community health initiatives.
