Senior Infrastructure And Cloud Migration Project ManagerRandstad is seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure And Cloud Migration Project Manager to join our client’s Information Technology department. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of the Infrastructure Platform Services team, specifically within the department PMO. You will manage complex, distributed server to cloud migration projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and on schedule through to full implementation and rollout of all hardware and software.Key Responsibilities:Lead and direct technical leads, project team members, and consultants/contractors.Develop and maintain all required project documents, including:Project CharterProject Management PlanRequirements DocumentsDesign DocumentsInput to Architecture DocumentsTest Plan and ResultsImplementation PlansPost Implementation and Lessons LearnedProject Schedules and BudgetsResource Management PlansProduce and distribute weekly program status reports.Conduct project status and other relevant meetings.Manage project schedules using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional 2010.Report on schedule and budget variances.Create and maintain SharePoint project sites within the EPM system.Ensure the quality and maintenance of project schedules, baselines, and estimates.Identify and mitigate project risks, producing ongoing risk management plans and assessments.Manage ongoing issues and changes, publishing relevant reports.Create and publish weekly status reports detailing activities, accomplishments, issues, and actions to resolve issues.Ensure all activities required for successful operational readiness review are completed on time.May develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Request for Proposals (RFP) and evaluate vendor responses.Provide SOW for ongoing support services as necessary.Evaluate criteria for product and proposal analysis.Deliverables:Deliver programs and projects on schedule and on budget.Present projects at Quality Checkpoints.Present projects at Department Level Project Reviews.Requirements:Proven experience leading the migration of legacy applications to cloud environments.Experience migrating to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Virtual Private Cloud Architecture and Azure Cloud environment.Strong stakeholder management skills, handling varying levels of commitment and priority.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, and education.Minimum seven years of hands-on program and project management experience from initiation to implementation using formal project management methodologies and processes.At least seven years of experience in technology management, analysis, and administration.Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and effective communication and writing abilities.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Project Office Professional, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Server (EPM) and Primavera.Preferred:Four or more years of experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Server (EPM).PMP Certification.Six years of experience in cloud fundamentals with VMware, AWS, and/or Azure.
