Lead Maintenance Supervisor - Grow with a Property

Base Pay $33.00 - $35.00 / Hour Job Category Property - Maintenance Employee Type FT Non-Exempt We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in the East Valley of the Greater Phoenix Area for a 259-unit apartment community. We're looking for people who are genuine, hardworking and want to work in a rewarding environment. Qualifications Candidate must have a minimum of 2+ Years of experience in property maintenance. Must be certified in HVAC and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) with appropriate experience. Must live within a 30-minute drive of the community and take emergency call on rotation. Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently. Strong knowledge in maintenance related items i.e., plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repairs, troubleshooting appliance repairs. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity on personal as well as professional level. Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening. Responsibilities Manage, train and lead the maintenance technicians. Ability to complete turns in 7 days and service requests within 48 hours. Ability to manage multiple tasks, preparation of lining out priorities of the community daily. Ability to work in a team atmosphere in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Strong knowledge in maintenance related items i.e., plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repairs, troubleshooting appliance repairs. Must be available for emergency calls on nights and weekends when needed. Assist the office team in resident retention strategies. Assist with maintaining a "Green and Clean" community. Self-motivated, goal oriented and a positive outgoing attitude. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
