Litigation & Administrativel Assistant
$225k - $300kWe are seeking a highly experienced Partner Attorney specializing in Land Use, Zoning, and Permitting Law to enhance our Connecticut practice based in Greenwich. Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 Annually
Practice Area: Land Use & Zoning
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent developers and institutional clients in complex permitting matters.
- Lead and manage representation before municipal boards and commissions.
- Advise on strategic entitlement plans and solutions.
- Maintain and develop an established, portable book of business.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in land use and zoning law.
- Proven track record of effective client representation and leadership in legal settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-level projects and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
