The Client Services Agent is a key participant in elevating workplace experience by delivering comprehensive reception, facility, conference, emergency, and travel support. This position requires a proactive approach to client interaction, cross-department collaboration, and confidentiality management, impacting overall client satisfaction and internal operational efficiency.
About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in workplace experience management within a globally recognized firm, enhancing skills in client service, operational support, and organizational communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage and navigate multiple workplace systems and technology platforms to support visitor check-in, conference room scheduling, and facility requests
- Assist with emergency notifications and ensure swift, accurate communication during critical situations
- Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless support and information flow
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including proprietary and financial data
- Collaborate across departments to escalate and resolve issues promptly, enhancing overall customer experience
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment that makes clients and staff feel valued and supported
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of prior experience in reception, customer support, technology helpdesk, or inbound call center roles, preferably within professional services or similar environments
Required Skills
- Proven experience handling inbound chat, email, and phone interactions with a focus on quality service
- Ability to effectively navigate multiple systems and support tools to manage requests and inquiries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to assess situations independently and take appropriate action in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality or facilities support roles
- Familiarity with workplace management systems and collaboration platforms such as Outlook, Teams, or Sympa
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
