• Job Title: Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant
\n
• Location: California, MD
\n
• Setting: Mobile Outpatient Clinic (home, gym, park)
\n
• Pay Range: $1003.95 - $1054.15 weekly
\n
• Schedule: Flexible schedule, part-time with expectation to turn into full-time, alternative schedules available
\n
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
\n
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
\n
• Requirements: 1 year of experience as a PTA, Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health or Outpatient Settings, Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license, Be willing to obtain Maryland or compact licensure
\n

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
\n
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
\n
• Create and manage individualized care plans
\n
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
\n
