Registered Nurse RN - Emergency ED

Employment Details Employment Type: Part time. Shift: 12-hour night shift (6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.) with every third weekend and holiday rotation. Position Purpose The Registered Nurse (RN) position supports the Trinity Health Livingston Emergency Department in Brighton, MI. The ED is a 38-bed Level 4 Trauma facility that handles over 100 patients daily. This part-time role provides comprehensive emergency care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment requiring strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork. New graduates and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum Qualifications Current Michigan Nursing License. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Nurses without a BSN will be supported in obtaining the degree and must commit in writing to complete the BSN within five (5) years of hire. What You Will Do Under limited supervision, the RN will assess patients, develop and modify care plans, and perform complex patient-care procedures. The RN is a member of the Care Team and Support Team, accountable for patient outcomes and responsible for caring for a group of patients during a designated time frame using the nursing process and collaboration with other healthcare team members.
