Speech Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a skilled Speech Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders following major illness or injury. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, provide patient and family education, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards. You’ll practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to clinical resources, specialty training, and professional growth opportunities.
