Position Details Location: Owings Mills, MD Status: Full Time Availability: MUST have open availability Commitment: Must be able to travel throughout Maryland and Virginia (Company Vehicle) Compensation: $28.50/hour with a raise after 90 days What You’ll Do As a Field Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations. Your responsibilities will include: Providing on‑site support to field teams to ensure seamless operations. Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues in real‑time. Coordinating with team members and management to maintain high standards of service. Ensuring compliance with company protocols and procedures. Maintaining accurate records and reports of field activities Minimum Qualifications (Required) At least 2 years of armed security or protective services experience Valid Maryland Guard Card Valid Maryland Handgun Permit (Wear & Carry Permit) Valid DCJS or the ability to obtain your DCJS Valid Driver’s License with good driving record Reliable transportation Flexible availability to include commuting to Virginia as needed Strong time management and reliability Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and transition quickly between sites Benefits 401(k) PTO accrual Overtime opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance What We’re Looking For Experience : At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
