Travel OR Charge RN - San Diego, CA
We have a Travel Operating Room Charge RN contract available in San Diego, California. No on-call requirement Requirements: Active California RN License
CPR/BLS
Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
Minimum 2 years of recent OR/surgical nursing experience
Strong Charge RN experience required
Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
Responsibilities: Provide safe and individualized nursing care to surgical patients
Perform patient assessments and develop and implement plans of care
Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Delegate and assign care appropriately to nursing team members
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
Provide patient and family education and advocacy
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
