This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in safe, accurate deliveries and in providing a positive, customer-focused service.ScheduleMonday–Friday.Pay and BenefitsStarting Pay: $25.00 per hourSafe Driver IncentiveHourly Bonus PotentialMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchPaid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and WellnessProduct Discounts, and moreQualificationsMust be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL (Class A / B)Able to meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirementsMust currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.Comfortable lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbsStrong communicator with a customer-first mindsetComfortable using basic technology, like iPads, for routes and tasksExperience is delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plusRegular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirementsAbility to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demandsResponsibilitiesDeliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and completePick up customer returns and verify product matchesPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to leadershipAdhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when requiredParticipate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to managementComply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsPerform other duties as assigned to support operational needsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre?employment drug screening and background check.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
