We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric clinic. This vital role ensures the smooth functioning of the clinic, providing a welcoming environment for patients and supporting our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and clinic activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and office equipment
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Assist with financial management, including billing, coding, and insurance claims processing
- Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or pediatric setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and medical billing procedures
- Proficiency in office management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
