Back of House Team Member
As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest, while serving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Become knowledgeable on all menu items and procedures
- Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Help create a culture of teamwork, respect, and hospitality behind the scenes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation and guest service areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Support a calm, positive, and hospitable atmosphere during high-volume periods
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational excellence every shift.
