Job Description Front-of-House Management ( Bar Manager/ Floor) : The front-of-house management is responsible for managing the building operations and customer service operations. Their duties include: Supervising All FOH Staff( Host, Food Runner, Bar-back, Bartender/Server. Opening & closing procedures Daily Cleaning Updating and Education on New Menu, Drink & Food Specials Managing reservations and seating through scheduling. Schedules Completed to review every Tuesday for the following 2 weeks. Review requests & availability Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the Dining area and service areas. Weekly Department Audits. Daily Opening and closing procedures are being executed. Daily execution of cleaning duties. Daily execution of Side work. Training and supervising staff. Following and executing training schedules Completing Monthly Staff meetings and training to ensure execution and retention. Monitoring inventory - ( Beer, Wine, & Liquor) Reviewing BarMetrix Biweekly Auditing and Accountability on missing product Ordering, and maintaining the appropriate inventory based on sales and seasons. Managing vendor relationships Ordering supplies Weekly review and placing orders Paper & Plastic ( Cups, napkins, To Go, etc.) Customer Service Supplies ( Pens, Paper, POS supplies, Staplers, etc.). Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations. Monthly Audit on Responsible Alcohol Training and identify Staff not in compliance.
