Position Summary Are you an experienced technology leader with a focus on application stability, support operations, and continuous improvement? Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager II to lead production support activities, drive issue resolution, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment within our Project Delivery Talent Model, which is designed for long-term client service delivery with reduced travel demands. Work you'll do As an Engineering Delivery Manager II - Engineering and Product on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for: Leading production support operations by developing functional and technical knowledge of supported applicationsAnalyzing incident and issue trends to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvementPerforming production deployments and coordinating service restoration activitiesManaging ticket queues, monitoring service level agreement adherence, and implementing support enhancementsCommunicating status, risks, and escalations to engagement leadership, project team members, and functional and technical stakeholders A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The Team AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated and verticalized sector solutions across software, data, artificial intelligence, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. We tailor our delivery models to align to each client’s objectives, environment, and operational needs Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another information technology discipline; or equivalent experience7+ years of experience with Java and Spring BootExperience working in Agile/DevOps, Agile/Scrum, or both environmentsExperience using information technology service management toolsAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
