Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cabool, MO retort plant, where we produce dairy-based coffee beverages. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can develop technicians, solve complex equipment issues, and drive results in safety, quality, and production performance.Shift: 1st shiftWhat You'll Do:Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, and cost goalsSchedule work, prioritize tasks, and optimize staffing for 24/7 operationsTrain, coach, and develop team members to build strong technical capabilitiesTroubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause solutionsPartner closely with production to improve communication and efficiencyEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standardsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and equipment improvementsFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsHigh School Diploma or GED and 2 to 5 years of industrial manufacturing experienceStrong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, motor controlsExperience with processing/packaging equipment and control systems (Allen-Bradley a plus)Experience with HTST/UHT heat treatment processes is a plusLeadership, problem-solving, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and build strong working relationshipsExperience with CMMS to effectively manage PM'sBenefits:Health and welfare benefits begin 1st of the month after start date401(k) with company contributionCompetitive payPaid vacation and holidaysCareer growth opportunities – we promote from within!Comprehensive healthcare benefitsService recognition and employee rewardsEmployee referral programTuition reimbursementWork for dairy farm familiesAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
