We at Sygnetics Healthcare, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned firm, are searching for strong Healthcare providers who share our passion to care for our nation s veterans.

We have an immediate need for Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) to provide outpatient medical services for our veteran population at the Twin Ports Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Superior, WI. These roles offer a flexible assignment with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while experiencing the rich history and natural beauty of the northern Great Lakes.

Must be Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine or American Board of Internal Medicine

Credentialling and onboarding takes 4-6 weeks

Responsibilities:

Evaluation, Treatment and Management: Contractor s physicians shall admit and coordinate all aspects of care for patients including:

• Admission, including history and physical examinations.
• Evaluation and treatment, including the ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies, including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and electrocardiographic examinations, and the administration of medications normally considered part of the practice of hospital medicine.
• Discussion of end-of-life preferences/advanced care planning
• Consultations with sub-specialists
• Timely and proactive discharge planning
• Discharge including ensuring appropriate follow-up is arranged.
• Perioperative care

Hours & Schedule:

• Business Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST (excluding federal holidays).

Items Required for Submission:

• Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school- written explanations are accepted

• One active, unrestricted State License in any state
• Current DEA
• BLS- American Heart Association (AHA) required
• 3 Current References
• Signed LOI
