Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care

• Assist with medication administration, Vital Signs monitoring, and other treatments as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

About this role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Avir at Cleburne, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts, including 2P-10P, to ensure our patients receive the care they need, when they need it. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans that address each patient's unique needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
