Job Title
Job Description: Must be 16 or over to apply. Must be able to work weekends. Responsibilities include:
- Ensures quality presentation of food.
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, food prep area, refrigerator, freezer and dry storage.
- Ensures all kitchen equipment is operating properly.
- Tracks inventory.
- Properly reports any problems to management for appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Work and communicate effectively with others.
- Work independently and meet time schedules.
- Work weekends, special events, and holidays as needed.
- Maintain proper sanitation regulations and food handling guidelines.
- Reliable transportation.
- Operate kitchen equipment.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
