We are looking for a House Cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. You will travel to customers' homes and provide a variety of cleaning services. Applicants must be comfortable working around pets, especially dogs, as many of our clients have pets in their homes. You are someone who takes pride in your work, operating with high integrity and efficiency while serving customers. You have an eye for the details and go above & beyond to make an impact on our customers! Preferred

- Earn $16-$19/hr based on performance & reliability (after training has been completed)
- Flexible schedule - we will build a schedule that works for you!
- Monday through FridayPerformance-based pay incentives
- Get paid for your drive time (job to job), mileage reimbursement ($O.70/mile between jobs) + keep 100% of tips.Paid Time Off (after the first year of employment) 35 Hours or more a week.

- Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
- Performing interior cleaning.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
- Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
- Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.
- Home organization, staging, and beautification.
- PreferredExperience and Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred. Training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Punctual and reliable with strong time management.
- Detail-oriented and love to make things look good and shine.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must follow the MaidPro polices & procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Willing to work in homes that have pets.
- Must have a car and a valid drivers license
