Must be self motivated, with good customer service, energetic, friendly, outgoing and must genuinely want to work and be able to take on increasing responsibility.

Becoming a crew member with Baskin Robbins ice cream is a great part-time job for college students.

Duties:

• Greet customers,
• Serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other desserts & beverages in a timely manner,
• Ring up all purchases accurately and efficiently,
• Restock ice cream and supplies,
• Clean tables, floors, glass and other areas of the restaurant,
• Show initiative,
• Work together as a team, assisting other team members (including shift leaders, decorators & managers) in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service,
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace,
• Show up on time when scheduled,
• Comply with company policies, procedures and rules
• Must be available to work evenings & weekends
