What You'll Do: Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Osman Construction's exacting quality standards. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to implement schedules and manage subcontractors effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract specifications. Address on-site issues proactively, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders to swiftly resolve challenges. Maintain organized and accurate documentation of daily activities, inspections, and project progress. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and the community, representing Osman Construction's reputation for professionalism and excellence. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades effectively. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety practices. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and expectations to project teams and clients.
