Occupational Therapist

Position Overview

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) supporting OK Schools in Eufaula, with minimal Home Health coverage

~90% school-based, ~10% Home Health (non-critical); school setting is the primary focus

Flexible PRN up to full-time hourly during the school year or salaried (non-exempt) option with 12-month pay spread, similar to a school calendar

Very competitive based on experience; incentives (i.e.: sign on bonus) considered for the right candidate

Target start date July 27, 2026; school experience preferred, new graduates considered

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
