Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft)Location: Louisiana Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSummaryThis role is for an LMFT licensed in Louisiana who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families in a structured telehealth setting. You'll run sessions, build treatment plans that make sense for the client's real life, and track progress with clear documentation.ResponsibilitiesProvide telehealth therapy sessions (individual, couples, and/or family)Establish treatment goals and create plans clients can followMaintain timely notes, treatment plan updates, and required documentationSupport clients through concerns like anxiety, relationship stress, life changes, grief, and mood concernsUse referral pathways when a higher level of care is neededFollow licensing guidelines, ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements
