Lucky Goat Coffee is a specialty coffee production roaster based in Tallahassee, Florida. Since 2010, we have focused on expanding our brand through a growing café portfolio, an expanding wholesale business and a booming e-commerce platform with nationwide reach.

The Digital Graphic Designer
role is focused on creating engaging and original content to bring the Lucky Goat Coffee brand to life as we expand into new markets.
From concept to execution, this individual will be at
the forefront of brand development for both internal departments and our growing customer base focusing heavily on digital marketing platforms. 

This is a full-time position based in Tallahassee, FL reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer.

Qualifications  

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in print, web, and/or interactive graphic design. 

• Proven design experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing a full range of work, from detailed visual elements to fully developed campaigns. 

• Experience designing email marketing campaigns and website/digital platforms is required. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required. 

• Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. 

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. 
• Highly motivated and execution-focused, with a clear understanding of how design contributes to overall brand strength and consistency. 

• Strong awareness of current design and industry trends, with the ability to translate them into brand-aligned creative concepts. 

• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and remain flexible in response to creative feedback and project pivots. 

• Innovative thinker with the ability to approach design challenges with fresh, strategic solutions. 

• Experience in the coffee or broader food and beverage industry is a strong plus. 

 

Responsibilities   

• Lead the visual development of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social, mobile, and paid advertising. 

• Create original product and marketing content that communicates the beauty of specialty coffee and brings the brand to life through compelling visual design. 

• Establish and maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints. 

• Oversee design projects from concept development through final execution
  across
  visual, web, print, and branding initiatives for both customer-facing and internal departments.
• Apply UX/UI principles, responsive design standards, and accessibility best practices to digital creative. 
• Develop color, pattern, and illustrative executions for physical products in partnership with the Product Development and Branding teams. 
• Partner with the broader Branding team to enhance the creative direction of the brand through photography, seasonal campaigns, product design, and marketing initiatives. 
• Develop and enhance marketing collateral across all departments while ensuring alignment with overall brand standards. 
• Develop design systems, templates, and style guides to support scalable and efficient marketing execution.
