Receptionist - Brookwood Gardens Rehabilitiation and Nursing Center

Job Summary:

At Brookwood Gardens Rehabilitiation and Nursing Center, our Skilled Nursing Facility Financial Services Office is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a representative of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans

• Answer, forward, and screen phone calls

• Sort and distribute mail

• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

• Provide accurate information and deal with complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field

• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work afternoons and weekends/ rotating schedule
