Kelly Services has immediate openings to join the Cummins HDM (Heavy Duty Machining) team in downtown Columbus, IN. We have several Machine Operator opportunities available on 2nd shift.

Shift & Pay Information:

• 2nd shift 3:00p 11:00p if OT in at 11:00a or work until 3:00a
• 3rd shift 11:00p 7:00a if OT work until 11:00a
• $19.50 / hour

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:

• Using hand and power tools to assemble parts and engine components
• Performing machine set-ups and tool changes
• Loading, running, and unloading CNC machines
• Inspecting finished products and delivering parts to and from lines
• Responsible for additional assembly, machining, material handling, or light industrial tasks

This position might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Pay close attention to detail, are mechanically inclined, and are able to work frequent overtime
• Have previous experience in any of the following: machining, using hand/power tools, operating Forklifts, Hoists & Cranes, and material handling tasks
• Are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, walking, and kneeling throughout an entire shift in a production environment
