Production supervisor (document scanning)

The Production Supervisor will oversee document scanning operations for print-to-digital conversion projects. The supervisor will be responsible for managing all shift activities, ensuring quality control, meeting production deadlines, and optimizing labor efficiency. The position requires a leader who is comfortable with frequent changes in daily expectations on new, largescale projects.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Experience with scanning and managing confidential documents at a high rate is needed.
• Execute production plans and prioritize tasks based on team goals and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to set quality standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and delegate tasks to the team.
• Lead a team of up to 80 employees and temporary staff.
• Train, assign, and evaluate team performance.
• Motivate staff, keep team morale high, and support team goals.
