Medical Specialist I: Allergy/ENT Oklahoma City, OK

Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Allergy/ENT (MS) Responsibilities Engage Allergists and other key customers within an assigned geographic universe; present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals. Demonstrate strong, consistent sales performance exceeding forecast/expectations. Develop strategy and execute tactics within key allergists in Dermatology and Respiratory therapeutic areas to generate product utilization. Build relationships with experts, Allergists, nurses, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups as directed. Collaborate with district colleagues and field/home-office teams to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives. Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences). Role requirements/qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications a plus. 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years selling in Dermatology or Respiratory and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market. Advanced clinically-based selling skills. Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories. Preferred/required skills/experience Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments (compliant, integrity-focused). Results orientation; track record with product launches. Science learning aptitude; proactive disease-state/treatment/healthcare trend knowledge. Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers. Ability to partner/collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.
