• Call only -- 24-hour in-house call shifts
• 2 - 3 shifts per month preferred -- weekdays
• Approx. 1,400 deliveries per year -- about 120 per month
• Physicians perform about 65% of all deliveries
• High and low risk OB -- complicated deliveries required
• Surgical gynecology -- open procedures and laparoscopic required
