We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight on some of the most advanced industrial facilities in the world. Responsibilities As a Sr. Electrical Engineer, you will serve as an expert within your discipline, applying specialized depth of knowledge to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. You will oversee designer work, lead project teams, and perform quality reviews of design packages while contributing directly to the most challenging aspects of the design process. Your responsibilities will include engineering and design oversight for facility power distribution systems, grounding, and lighting, as well as occasional retrofit of existing building systems. You will prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications, and act as the Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer. Additionally, you will interact directly with clients, owners, and contractors, supporting construction activities on‑site and participating in proposals to identify solutions to problems clients didn’t even know they had. This position requires a broad perspective and the ability to recommend best practices, improve processes, and lead functional teams. You will work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations, and serve as a trusted resource for quality and innovation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering At least 10 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems Electrical design experience for semiconductor facilities Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc. Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP Effective verbal and written communication skills Team lead experience Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license Senior technical leadership experience Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills Benefits Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $132,900.00 to $182,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
