ASE Certification : A plus, but not required—if you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the opportunities. Self-Starters : Ability to work independently and efficiently is a must. We need technicians who are ready to take initiative and make it happen. Willingness to Work Flexible Shifts : If you're interested in working a different shift than the normal workday, let us know—we're open to starting a second shift forused car reconditioning.
