Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Obstetrics/Gynecology Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS or ALS-OB, NRP, EFM, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Fetal Monitoring and Assessment Emergency Response Postpartum Care Time Management Description: Candidates must be able to start 7-10 days from offer acceptance. Weekly orientation is conducted on Mondays. The unit has nine beds with a patient ratio of 1:1. The position involves caring for adult patients. Common diagnoses include Normal Spontaneous Labor, Preterm Labor, Gestational Hypertension, Preeclampsia, Placenta Previa, Placental Abruption, Fetal Distress, Umbilical Cord Prolapse, and Postpartum Hemorrhage. Candidates should exhibit adaptability, teamwork, attention to detail, stamina, strong communication skills, and empathy. The dress code requires scrubs in a specific color without slogans or graphics, and appropriate footwear.
