Role Description The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) provides outpatient psychotherapy and clinical social work services to individuals, couples, and families in an on-site setting in Wyoming, MI. This full-time role includes conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions aligned with client needs and practice standards. The LMSW maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation, coordinates care with other Parkview clinicians, and collaborates with external providers or community resources when appropriate. The role involves participating in case consultation, contributing to a supportive team environment, and upholding ethical, culturally responsive, and faith-informed practice consistent with Parkview’s values. The LMSW is expected to manage a stable caseload, maintain professional boundaries, and actively engage in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Current Michigan LMSW license in good standing and eligibility to practice clinical social work independently. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting biopsychosocial assessments, formulating diagnoses, and creating evidence-based treatment plans. Experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused, or trauma-informed approaches. Strong skills in clinical documentation, electronic health record (EHR) use, and adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with community and medical providers. Commitment to culturally responsive practice, respect for diverse backgrounds and beliefs, and sensitivity to faith-informed care. Excellent interpersonal communication, boundary-setting, and crisis intervention skills. Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program; prior outpatient or private practice experience preferred.
