Dow Construction is hiring experienced carpenters. We build custom homes, remodels, additions, garages and barns in the White Mountains. We're based in Conway, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and committed to using quality materials.

What you would own:

• Crew leadership and task delegation
• Layout and sequencing of work
• Quality control
• Material coordination
• Daily communication with the project manager

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years in residential carpentry, including time running crews
• You own jobsite outcomes and keep a crew productive
• You prevent mistakes before they happen
• You hold a professional jobsite

What we offer:

• $38-45/hr, W-2
• Guaranteed 40 hours a week
