Spa Concierge (Full-time)

Location: Isle of Palms, SC. Position: Spa Concierge at Wild Dunes Resort, a Destination by Hyatt. As a Spa Concierge you will be responsible for scheduling spa appointments, greeting and escorting spa guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, checking in and out guests, handling cash and credit card payments, maintaining accurate inventory control, and keeping the spa facility clean and organized to maximize guest experience and revenue. Schedule appointments to maximize revenue and efficiency Check in and out salon guests Handle cash and credit card payments Help maintain accurate inventory control Maintain cleanliness, organization, and physical appearance of spa Perform prep work and properly restock spa areas as required Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays The Colleague is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.
