- Livable Pay: $21.00 - $30.00/hr (Trainees $19.00/hr for first 2 weeks).
- Performance Pay: Commission splits and bonuses are available.
- Positive Review Commissions: Get paid for every 5-star shout-out you receive.
- Travel Support: Paid drive time + mileage reimbursement.
- Weekly Payouts: Wages + tips paid every Friday.

- Elevate Residential Spaces: Follow detailed checklists to dust, vacuum, and scrub kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces for our regular weekly/monthly families.
- Master Move-Outs: Perform heavy-duty deep cleans for homeowners and apartment complexes to ensure a fresh start for new tenants.
- Execute VRBO/Airbnb Turnovers: Handle "hotel-style" turnoverswashing/drying linens, changing beds, disinfecting all surfaces, and restocking supplies with an extremely detailed eye.
- 1+ year of residential cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 25-35 lbs
- Ability to work Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (32-35 hrs/week).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping
- Highly detail oriented, independent, and reliable
- Familiarity and comfort with eco-friendly cleaning products and supplies
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
- Able to lift 25-35lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Automotive insurance
- Willing and able to work at least 32 hours, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
