Staff RN - Emergency Department (Full-Time)

Job Summary: This RN position provides general nursing care to patients and families across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the care team and adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing standards. Responsibilities include: Performing assessments and diagnosing health status (30%) Planning and documenting nursing interventions to meet patient needs (30%) Implementing and evaluating care, adjusting plans as needed (20%) Participating in process improvements to enhance quality, satisfaction, and performance (10%) Supporting safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (10%) Qualifications: Associate’s Degree, RN license, BLS certification, and CPR.
