As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of both mother and child. You will be responsible for managing patient care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing support and education to patients and their families. Perform comprehensive assessments and data collection focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive status Implement and adhere to care plans and procedures Identify and address patient learning needs and provide education Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records Delegate and supervise patient care activities effectively Function as a Charge Nurse when required, managing patient assignments and coordinating staff coverage Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and training Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies Need 1 year experience in setting Current Washington State RN Licensure HCP Level of BLS certification within 30 days of hire Advanced certifications such as AAP NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN’s Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required or preferred Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
