We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Nightingale at Monticello. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting

• Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions

• Document progress, outcomes, and care plans according to state and facility guidelines

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident goals and discharge planning

• Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and restorative techniques

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

• Contribute to a positive, encouraging therapy environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arkansas

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative therapy team
