In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, lead scheduled therapy sessions, and monitor progress over time. This is a full-time telehealth position for an LMFT who wants a consistent weekday schedule while continuing meaningful clinical work from a remote setting.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth sessionsComplete clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment needsDevelop, implement, and update individualized treatment plansUse evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's goalsEvaluate client progress and make treatment adjustments when neededComplete clinical notes and required documentation accurately and on timeAssess risk and respond appropriately to safety or crisis concernsMaintain client confidentiality and professional standards during virtual care
