You’ll guide both prospective and current students through the financial aid process while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.WHAT YOU’LL DOAdvise students and families on financial aid options, processes, and responsibilitiesReview applications and documentation to determine eligibility (including FAFSA verification)Process and manage financial aid records, awards, and disbursementsConduct entrance and exit counseling for studentsMaintain accurate, compliant student files and recordsCollaborate with admissions and campus teams to support student successStay current on financial aid regulations and attend relevant training coursesWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfort handling confidential informationBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet)Flexible and team-oriented mindsetAbility to work a flexible schedule.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or equivalent is required.Prior experience in financial aid is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right candidateSuccess Education Colleges ("SEC") is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
