What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional emergency care for patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Assist with triage, assessment, and treatment planning
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and team members to ensure patient safety
• Follow protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Proficiency in Epic electronic health records
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rotating basis
• Willingness to work 2 of 4 holiday periods annually, including potential holiday coverage

• Experience in emergency medicine or acute care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
