Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) – Olympia, Washington. Travel assignment starts 06/30/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,796–$1,885. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Setting: hospital-based short-term acute care environment with respiratory services coverage across the facility.

Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory care across multiple units per physician orders and protocols
- Manage mechanical ventilation: initiation, adjustment, and weaning
- Perform ABG collection and interpretation
- Provide endotracheal and tracheostomy care (placement, suctioning, trach collar)
- Administer noninvasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP, HFN) and inhaled therapies
- Assist with aerosolized therapies, monitor patient response, and document in Epic

Requirements
- Active WA Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) or eligible/pending licenses accepted for travel
- CRT or RRT credential
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year respiratory therapy experience
- Epic charting experience or willingness to learn; ability to float across the facility
- Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required prior to start
