Production Supervisor

Production Team Leader – Manufacturing Operations I'm recruiting on behalf of an established international manufacturing company launching a new U.S. operation and seeking a hands‑on Production Team Leader to help lead mixing, packaging, and production operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join during the facility start‑up phase and become a key technical resource for the production team. What You'll Do: Operate and oversee automated mixing, packaging, spraying, and labeling equipment Support production start‑up and commissioning activities Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime Train and mentor production operators on equipment, quality, and safety procedures Work with MES, PLC, HMI, and production management systems Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure efficient production What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in food, feed, chemical, ingredients, or similar process manufacturing Experience operating automated production equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment Leadership experience or the ability to guide and train others High School Diploma or Technical/Vocational education required Unique Opportunity: Selected candidates will travel to Italy for 1-3 weeks of fully paid, hands‑on training, learning manufacturing processes, equipment operation, production systems, quality standards, and best practices before helping launch the U.S. facility. All travel and accommodations are covered. Compensation: Up to $85,000, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding international manufacturer. U.S. Citizens only.
