RN Weekend SupervisorAviata at Santa Barbara, a part of Aviata Health Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Weekend Supervisor to join our family! As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. If you thrive in a family/team environment and desire to make a difference in the lives of others while advancing your skills, we want to talk to you!Every Saturday & Sunday from 7a-7p.Responsibilities:Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulationsFollow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnelSupervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standardsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RNExperience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferredQualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well doneGraduate of an accredited school of nursing requiredMust possess current Wound Care and CPR certificationsMinimum of one (1) year of Wound Care experience required, (2) years preferredBenefits:Pay rate: Competitive.
