Receptionist / Service Writer TraineeLingo Staffing is now hiring a Receptionist/Service Writer Trainee in the East Libery, PA area to start ASAP!Receptionist/Service Writer Trainee – Serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidate has 1 year of experience as a service writer.Pay & Scheduled:$20.00 – $25.00 Hourly Based on Experience (pay will increase to $1,000/week based on performance)Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 4:30PMKey Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages as necessary.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.Office environment, typically Monday-Friday.May require occasional overtime or flexible hours based on business needs.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Reliable transportation is required.Flexible schedule.Apply today & Call our office for an interview! #: 412-235-7680Job Id: 30814 Lingo Staffing, Inc.
