Compensation: $21.00 - $26.75 per hour depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on resident care and support with daily routines.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs.

• Support residents with companionship, engagement, and emotional well-being.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• Communicate resident updates and concerns to nursing and leadership staff.

• Step in where needed to help ensure consistent, high-quality resident care.

• Support both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or related role preferred.

• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to work in a variety of situations.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others.

• Ability to provide excellent resident-centered care.

• Flexible availability to pick up open shifts as needed.
