Job Posting – Assistant Executive Director As the Assistant Executive Director, you’ll play a key support role within our Assisted Living campus or Residential Living community. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director to support daily operations, team leadership, resident experience, and administrative functions—while gaining hands‑on exposure to all aspects of senior living management. What You’ll Do Support the Executive Director with day‑to‑day community operations Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and supporting frontline team members Provide operational oversight and support to various departments as delegated Assist with administrative and financial tasks, including basic reporting and documentation Serve as a sales and marketing support partner, including: Participating in prospective resident tours Assisting with lead follow‑up Entering and tracking information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Collaborate with community marketing partners to support census growth and resident engagement Promote strong communication, teamwork, and accountability across departments Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and resident‑centered community environment What You Bring – Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Willingness to obtain Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification (required) Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to multitask and support multiple areas of community operations Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with residents, families, prospects, and team members Interest in leadership, operations, and long-term career growth within senior living Equal Opportunity Employer Americare Senior Living is committed to equal employment opportunities and welcomes applicants from all walks of life.
